Pastor Karen Biggerstaff is our warm, caring, heartfelt, funny Pastor, who delivers a great sermon that leaves you thinking about your faith and The Word all week! Pastor Karen has previously served at three Lutheran Churches including Our Savior's Church in Muskegon, MI, First Lutheran Church is Strasburg, OH, and Spirit of Life in Jacksonville, FL. Pastor Karen says that she wanted to be a pastor from the age of 12 when she declared it at a Christian summer camp. Her spiritual path took her there after a career as an intensive care and coronary care nurse. She was the first female pastor in the ELCA to be allowed to serve as pastor at a church where she had done her pastoral student internship! She is married to Roland and their blended family have four sons. |

Stefanie Batson-Martin has been the Lead Musician at Lord of Life since January 2012. She studied both classical flute and piano at the University of North Florida. She is a flute and piano instructor at Music and Arts and she regularly plays music around North Florida with various schools, community theaters and at other events. Stephanie also works as a swim instructor at Swimming Safari. She is married to Damon Martin and they have two cats, Jiji and Lily. |
